This included organizing donation drives and volunteer projects spanning 30 countries, and implementing a $6 million yearly workplace giving program. I helped to shape culture and advance the company's commitment to digital literacy, the arts, and mental health.

I developed an approach to guiding governments on TikTok, crafting ways to educate them on policies and best practices for video content. I drove marketing campaigns, product features, verification guidelines, and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand perception and promote a positive image of the company. I was the second employee on its US team.

My Story
i've always loved creating

One of my childhood memories is clipping pages from magazines and fashioning them into a spiral-bound notebook. I would glue the images into my notebook and then pen my own articles, giving life to the pages of my own homemade magazine.

In the '90s, that passion for creating took on a new life on my family's clunky desktop and dial-up (shout-out to AOL). From GeoCities pages adorned with flashing GIFs to a LiveJournal filled with my musings — I crafted my own corner, laying the foundation for a lifelong love for technology, building, and the power to connect people from all walks of life.
